SCSI promptly responded to our client’s immediate needs as they were devastated by the Valley Fire. SCSI dispatched a large amount of resources, including staff and equipment, to aid our client with their cleanup activities.
SCSI managed several projects, including various structure demolition, abatement, and recycling of scrap metal as a result of demolition activities. Equipment was provided as needed to assist with these activities.
Our consultants and project management team dedicated to this project used critical path management to maintain efficient operations and meet timely deadlines while managing multiple projects through the entire project lifecycle.
