SCSI was retained to provide consulting and environmental services for a project involving the installation of underground utilities at the client’s main campus in South San Francisco.
During this project, SCSI reviewed preliminary site characterization, boring logs, and laboratory analytical to provide a preliminary site characterization. SCSI then worked with the contractors to strategically develop an efficient site work plan and assist with general project management duties.
SCSI performed soil and water sampling and analysis and provided contractors with cost-effective options for transportation and disposal. SCSI fully characterized the site to determine the best method of disposal for the various AOCs (areas of contamination).
SCSI’s critical path management and the ability to provide solutions in a timely manner was key to the success of this project.
